Unfortunately, do to the nature of our products, Pillols does not offer a return or exchange policy at this time.
All items are bought at your own risk. That being said, we do value our customers greatly. Should an item be damaged or broken, please send us an email with a picture of your unopened and damaged item (same packaging) and your email receipt to contact@pillols.com within 15 days of purchase and we will do our best to see how we can make things right. Pillols does not offer any guarantees.
